Day 2 in Washington went off without a hitch. Rolling with the Indigo Girls has been amazing. Great crew. Great energy. And, well, the girls are the sweetest. They sung Happy Birthday to me on stage last night! Maybe I'll post a video of that... If you haven't seen, I've been a little YouTube crazy lately. Last night I uploaded a video of me singing Chief, by Patty Griffin, in Edmonds. First song of the last set of my 20's, it was. :) Give the page a look if you haven't already. Tomorrow morning I'll be performing with Joan Osborne on The CBS Early Show, singing a duet of her song, "Cathedrals"! I'm really excited! Being on the road with Joan was amazing, and having the opportunity to perform with her again is a true pleasure. If you're an early riser, be sure to tune in, or if you're like my mom or my grandma you can record it on your DVR! This is a pretty big deal for me, and I'd love for you to see it.

I'll be heading back out on the road next week, making a few stops in California and then heading back east to Philadelphia and then to NYC. The final stop on this short November run (short compared to the 22 shows that Joan and I just finished!) will be in my hometown of Denver. I met so many wonderful people during the past month, and I hope that you'll all be able to come out for my solo shows.

In September and October of 2008, I will perform in cities across the country from New York to L.A., Seattle to Nashville. I'll be the opening act for Joan Osborne's "Little Wild One" tour, and will be showcasing acoustic versions of songs off my upcoming album, The Un-American LP.
