In celebration of San Francisco's infamous historical Barbary Coast district, we will be offering up a bit of debauchery by introducing "The Barbary". Hosted by San Francisco's theatrical-circus/variety group Vau de Vire Society, The Barbary will be showcasing the finest local home-grown rock'n'roll, orchestral cabaret, circus, variety and comedy acts throughout the 3-day festival weekend. The stellar line-up includes: The Yard Dogs Road Show, The Madd Vibe Orchestra, Reggie Watts, Eric McFadden Trio, Loop! Station, Brent Weinbach, Rosin Coven and much more! The setting is one for the history books as we have imported the world famous Victoria Spiegeltent from Belgium to house the antics and entertainment. The turn of the century "magic mirror tent" or "spiegeltent" is anything but a conventional circus tent, as its walls are made of oak-framed mirrors and ceiling adorned in stained glass.

At no other festival can one experience the best music while eating world-class food and drinking some of the finest and most interesting wines available today. Building on the success of last year's Winehaven tent, this year we will present an incredible mix of 25 local winemakers who will be on hand to talk about their wines. Attendees will be able to try 75 different wines, served in stemless, recyclable Winehaven glasses. Along with the vintners being on hand, there will be winemaker barrel tasting seminars that will offer a one of a kind perspective on the winemaking process. This will take place in large, upright barrel booths for patrons to sit in during the tasting tutorials. With A Taste of the Bay Area, we offer the fans the opportunity to savor the greatest culinary delights of San Francisco’s famously elite and adventurous cuisine. The festival will showcase locally grown produce from Pacific Coast Farmers Market Association, exceptionally delicious meats prepared with conscience from Fatted Calf, sustainably raised Hog Island Oysters pluck fresh daily from Tomales Bay. Local restaurants will also be on hand to serve their unique cuisine to patrons - burritos from Gordo’s Taqueria,
hamburgers from Burgermeister or Taylor’s Refresher, spicy curry from Dosa, American cuisine from Mavericks, a skewer from Asqew Grill, vegan and vegetarian food from Alive.

The folks at f.y.e. are moving their digs into Golden Gate Park for the weekend. They'll be selling CDs, DVDs, and Vinyl from all of your favorite bands. Right next door we've set aside some space for artist CD signings taking place throughout the weekend. Be sure to pay them a visit and pick up music from whomever you want to meet at the f.y.e. tent!
